MOSS

MOSS is a small tasting room that takes its lead from the season. Vegetables, grains and carefully prepared broths form a quiet conversation between field, forest and table.

The room is deliberately simple. Natural light, honest materials and attentive service leave space to notice texture, temperature and the changing details of each plate.
